CNC Operator:
We are looking for a CNC Operator with a minimum of 2-3 years experience, to operate a Thermwood 3-axis router. The successful candidate will be required to set-up, cut, and label materials according to the production schedule. The operator will be expected to monitor quality, effectively communicate, and troubleshoot processes.

The operator will be expected to monitor quality, effectively communicate, and troubleshoot processes.
Requirements:
- Ability to machine all types of materials (aluminum, mdf, plywood, plastics)
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and measuring devices
- Ability to perform quality checks on product
- Proficient in CNC Machine operations: vacuum pumps, dust collection, machine interfaces, monitoring, tracking, and labeling cut lists
- Ability to organize, label, and monitor inventory levels
- Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams
- Must be reliable with a strong work ethic to work independently to meet deadlines
- Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
Applicants must have a good work ethic and be willing to occasionally work overtime. 8+ hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Some weekends may be worked if overtime is needed. Fluent in English and Spanish would be a plus!
